Mr. Seaman is Managing Director and Head of Private Asset Advisory at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for Family Company Advisory, Real Estate Management, and Oil & Gas Advisory. He also manages the oversight of family businesses held in trust. Prior to joining Bessemer, Bryant was Head of International and a member of the Management Committee at the New York Stock Exchange. Before that, he was Co-head of Global Corporate Finance at CSFB. He started his career practicing corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell. Previously, he served as a member of the NASD International Advisory Committee and the National Committee for US-China Relations. Bryant also served on the Board of Directors of GeoResources, Inc. (NASDAQ: “GEOI”), an oil and gas company. Bryant earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an A.B. in political science, with distinction, from Stanford University.
