Lauren Tracy Clough is a third generation Tracy family member working for Dot Foods. While Lauren started working for the family business at the age of 14, her full-time career with Dot didn’t begin until 2007. Lauren’s current position is senior business development manager, controlling margin and strategic initiatives with many of Dot’s largest manufacturer partners. Prior to that, she served Dot’s South region as a district sales manager. Of the 46 third generation family members, Lauren was the second born. She has served on the Tracy Family Foundation twice as a board member, most recently as Treasurer of the Foundation. Additionally, she has held multiple seats on the Tracy Family Council driving policy and governance for the family. She has had the esteemed privilege of participating on many family governance & philanthropy panels sharing insights from experiences working within a family business and navigating the many challenges of maintaining family harmony & engagement. Lauren graduated from Illinois State University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and received her MBA from the University of Colorado Denver in 2007.
